Payment of invoices must be made upon receipt and there is a $10 fee applied if invoices are not paid within 7 days.
Services must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full service fee will apply. There is an exception for health reasons and things that are out of the clients control.

Two Blue Tails only uses ethical, positive reinforcement handling methods. This is the most up-to-date and ethical way to interact with our dogs.
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Services will not be provided outside of these hours, with the exception of training consults and pee breaks by special request only.
