Invoicing

Invoices are sent out on the 10th and 25th of each month. Payment is due on the 15th and the 30th of each month. Invoices paid late will be charged a $15 late payment fee on the next invoice. Recurring late payment (three or more) will result in termination of service. Training session invoices are due upon booking of the initial consult. Training invoices are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Services must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full service fee will apply. There is an exception for health reasons and situations that are out of the clients' control. Training sessions can be rescheduled, a maximum of two times. Any more, and the package purchased will no longer be valid.

Acceptable equipment

Harness, standard leash (no flexi-leads), long line, flat collar, head halter, muzzle, food reinforcement

Unacceptable equipment

Prong collar, choke collar, slip leads, ECollars/“vibration” collars, punitive methods

Methods

Two Blue Tails only uses ethical, positive reinforcement, force-free handling methods.

Service hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Services will not be provided outside of these hours, with the exception of training consults and pee breaks by special request only.
