INVOICING

Invoicing happens at the time of booking and payment is required on receipt, before services are rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Services must be cancelled 7 days in advance, otherwise the full service fee will apply. Training sessions can be rescheduled, a maximum of two times. Any more, and the package purchased will no longer be valid.
