Invoices are sent out on the 15th and 30th of each month. Payment is due within 7 days. Invoices paid late will be charged a $15 late payment fee on the next invoice. Training invoices are to be paid at booking and are non-refundable.


Services must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full service fee will apply. There is an exception for health reasons and situations that are out of the clients' control. Training sessions can be rescheduled, a maximum of two times. Any more, and the package purchased will no longer be valid.


Harness, standard leash (no flexi-leads), long line, flat collar, muzzle, food reinforcement.

*Please note: we do not use or recommend e-collars, prong collars, choke chains or any training that involves physical force or punishment*


Two Blue Tails only uses science-based, positive reinforcement, force-free handling methods. We do not use pain, intimidation, punishment, physical force or any type of “training” collar.


Walks: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Training: varies (see “Training” page)

* Walks provided outside of service hours will be subject to $10 after hours fee.
